2. Account Registration & Eligibility

Deposits and withdrawals on joya2 can be made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Minimum deposit amount: BDT 100.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: BDT 50.
• KYC verification must be completed before withdrawals can be processed.

• Withdrawals must be made to the same mobile banking number used for the deposit.
• Joya2 does not charge any withdrawal fees, though your mobile banking provider's own charges may apply.

If unusual transactions or suspected fraud are detected, joya2 reserves the right to temporarily hold any withdrawal and conduct an investigation. If the account is cleared, payment will be released promptly.

4. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Joya2 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which are clearly communicated at the time the bonus is issued.

• The welcome bonus is available to newly registered members only.
• The applicable wagering requirements must be met before any bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts from the same household or IP address is prohibited.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Joya2 may modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.

7. Prohibited Activities
